Author Guidelines

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm compliance with the following guidelines. Submissions not adhering to these may be returned to authors:

The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file must consist of two separate Microsoft Word documents: one containing a cover page with the authors' names, affiliations, and ORCID numbers, and the other containing the anonymized manuscript.
Where available, DOIs or URLs for references have been provided.
The text is 1.5-spaced, uses a 12-point font, employs italics rather than underlining (except for URLs), and includes all illustrations, figures, and tables within the text at appropriate points.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
For submissions to peer-reviewed sections, instructions in Ensuring a Peer Review have been followed.
The paper has been checked for accidental plagiarism using tools such as Turnitin.
The submission cannot be withdrawn once it has entered the peer review process without formal approval from the editorial office. I confirm that I will not request withdrawal during review, revision, or production unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If the study involves human participants, the authors confirm that ethical considerations (e.g., informed consent, voluntary participation, data confidentiality) were addressed appropriately in accordance with institutional or international standards.
If AI or chatbot tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard, Bing AI) are used during manuscript preparation, their role must be transparently disclosed in the Acknowledgments section. AI tools cannot be listed as authors and may only be used for limited purposes such as improving language. Use of AI for data generation, analysis, or interpretation is strictly prohibited.

Audrezara Journal of Communication and Social Research (AJCSR) publishes Original Research, Review Articles, Studies and Articles, Book Reviews, Case Studies, and Monographic Studies. The editorial board reserves the right to make exceptions based on content suitability. Submitted papers must meet AJCSR's standards; inadequately prepared submissions will not be reviewed.

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted online via submission system. The electronic submission system guides authors through the process, reducing editorial and review times. Templates are optional for initial submissions but recommended for accepted papers. However, if author is having difficulty in submission system they can contact editorajcsr@gmail.com

Manuscript Structure

Title Page:

Include author names, a concise title, affiliations, addresses, and the corresponding author's email.

Abstract:

Maximum 250 words, avoiding abbreviations and formulas.

Keywords:

4-6 keywords.

Text Formatting:

Use Word, A4 size, Times New Roman font (8-point for abstract/keywords, 10-point for text). Manuscripts should be 2,500–6,000 words (excluding references, tables, figures), though exceptions may be approved by the editor. Use 1.5 spacing, italics for emphasis (not underlining except URLs), and automatic page numbering.

Sections

Introduction:

State objectives and background, avoiding extensive literature reviews.

Theoretical framework :

Explain the idea of the theory and state how it relates to your work as well as its relevance.

Methods:

Provide sufficient detail for reproducibility, referencing published methods where applicable.

Authors are encouraged to include a brief ethical statement in this section, describing how ethical issues such as consent and confidentiality were handled, especially for studies involving human participants.

Finding:

Present findings clearly and concisely.

Discussion:

Explore the significance of results, avoiding repetition.

Conclusions:

Summarize key findings (optional standalone section).

Acknowledgments:

List contributors before references.

Reference Style

All manuscripts must follow the American Psychological Association Publication Manual (7th ed.) citation style. Use of DOIs is encouraged.

Review and Publishing

All submissions undergo blind peer review by expert reviewers. The editorial team decides on publication based on reviewer feedback and informs the author accordingly.
